Who are you? Ask yourself a question: Who I am? Look inside yourself and try to find your source. You can’t see your mind, but you can observe your thoughts. Distinguish between the physical body that you can feel or touch and metaphysical thoughts that you can only observe. Try to find the location of your thoughts. Imagine yourself inside your body, try to move your attention through the whole physical body and beyond. Imagine yourself standing in front of you, now imagine yourself flying into space. Be aware of your metaphysical body as it is also part of you. See your thought process and ask yourself a question: where my next thought will come from? Who is moving your attention from one thought to another? What you believe yourself to be? What your personality is made from? Go back in time and try to find its source. See that your identity is made from your memories, your concepts, beliefs, and your projections. See how your past is influencing the decisions that you are making, se...

Once you observe without being judgmental or having the desire to change, you will be able to see the situation from a distance and feel everything as a the unified field of Unconditional Love. This is the true nature of the soul, and that is what we are all made of. Love is the very essence of you. You are unconditional love itself. Once you realize your true nature and achieve a no-mind state that is enlightenment you can see that everyone and everything is You. In this eternal divine field of consciousness Love dance and play a game of life and express itself in different forms - loyalty, attraction, care, interest, desire, self-expression through art, music, writing... love is also true vision and spirituality and alignment of all of these energies leading to your true nature and enlightenment. It can be one man for life or many relationships but love is the same, just changing forms. Look from the place that different bodies play a role of one consciousness.

When the universe developed and the planets were formed, the atom and the concept of evolution like Adam and Eve started its dance of life in a human form. The physical matter is perishable and always changing but the limited body is needed for the holy spirit to reside in it. After the body is no longer capable to sustain life, the soul leaves the body to be incarnated again and have another life experience until it realizes itself as a source. The process of evolution of the soul happens in many lives until it reaches enlightenment, which is the liberation from reincarnation. In these three manifestations of a divine trinity, a third entity emerged that is called personality. This identity is an illusion of separation from the source and this false point of view is called the ego. To see the unreal nature and the false perspective, one should stop identifying with the thinking mind and learn how to see everything from the perspective of oneness.

In the beginning, there was nothing. This void space of being was the ultimate reality. That source, or what people call God, was a whole field of consciousness, from which limitless possibilities are born. Although this field had no qualities nor energy, everything emerged from it. It had no origin and neither an end, time and space didn’t exist there. And then came the moment when God took a breath and the universe was created. The big bang was the center of creation, even though it was whole, the center was in each and every point of time and space. It would take billions of years before divine consciousness along with stardust and light could create something called life. And the smallest particle of this life represents the whole and contains this Divine Consciousness that is God and the physical manifestation of it and matter that is the Son and the Energy field or a soul that is Light which is called the Divine Spirit.
